1 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ku990 ("ku990", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ku990 website, mobile platform, sportsbook, online casino, and all related products and services (collectively, "the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

ku990 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the Platform or via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. These Terms apply to all players accessing the ku990 platform from Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh, as well as from any other jurisdiction in which access to the Platform is not expressly prohibited by local law. Where conflict exists between these Terms and any jurisdiction-specific laws applicable to the Player, the Player is solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with applicable local laws before using the Platform.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity, inconsistency, or dispute arising from translation or interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail in all circumstances.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall be interpreted to give effect to the original intent of the parties to the greatest extent possible.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the ku990 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This is a hard minimum and no exceptions are made under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual for personal recreational use and not on behalf of a business or third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of ku990 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or software suppliers.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly and specifically prohibited by applicable law at the time you access the Platform.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the ku990 platform or had an account permanently closed by ku990 for Terms violations.

2.1 Underage Gambling Prevention

ku990 takes underage gambling prevention seriously. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered account belongs to a person under the age of 18, we will immediately suspend the account pending verification. Any funds deposited by a minor will be returned to the original payment source and no winnings generated during the period of underage access will be paid out. ku990 encourages parents and guardians to make use of third-party parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling sites.

3 Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of ku990 products — including sports betting, live casino, and slots — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method details.

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide truthful and accurate information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any account balance.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the ku990 platform. The opening of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or shared payment instruments — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ku990 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances held therein.

3.3 Login Credentials and Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ku990 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. You should use a strong, unique password for your ku990 account and enable two-step verification where available. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ku990 support immediately at [email protected]. ku990 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.4 Account Activity and Dormancy

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. ku990 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to accounts that have been inactive for this period. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance that have been dormant for 24 months or more may be closed without further notice.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

ku990 supports a range of payment methods designed specifically for the Bangladeshi market. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and there are no hidden currency conversion fees for local wallet transactions.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted on the ku990 platform for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay (United Commercial Bank)
• Bank Transfer: BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other participating Bangladeshi commercial banks
• International Cards: Visa and Mastercard (where supported by the issuing bank)

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction
• Maximum single withdrawal: Subject to the limits specified in your account dashboard at the time of the request

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay wallets are typically processed within 24 hours of the request being approved by the ku990 payments team. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

4.4 Verification Before Withdrawal

Before processing your first withdrawal — or at any time during a compliance review — ku990 may require you to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued national identity card or passport, a photograph of the payment card or mobile wallet account used for deposit, or a recent bank or mobile money statement. Failure to provide these documents within the requested timeframe will result in the suspension of your withdrawal request until verification is complete.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports bets and casino wagers placed on the ku990 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, sport, or game. These product-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to that specific product.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the ku990 sportsbook system. Bets placed verbally, by email, or through any channel other than the Platform are not valid. A bet confirmation number will be issued for every accepted wager. ku990 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a technical error, odds feed error, or manifest pricing mistake has occurred.

5.2 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting is available for a wide range of sporting events including BPL cricket, IPL fixtures, T20 World Cup matches, and international football. In-play markets operate in real time and odds may be suspended at any point during the event. Bets placed during a temporary odds suspension will not be accepted. ku990 is not responsible for delays in internet connectivity that may affect the timeliness of in-play bet placement.

5.3 Payout Rules

Winning bets are credited to your account balance automatically upon settlement of the relevant event. Settlement times are displayed within your bet slip and account transaction history. ku990 calculates all payouts in Bangladeshi Taka. The maximum payout for a single bet or accumulator is subject to the limits published in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform.

5.4 Casino and Slot Game Rules

All casino games and slot titles available on the ku990 Casino are governed by the rules published by the respective game provider (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe). The random number generators used in all non-live games are certified for fairness. Historical game outcomes and RTP (return to player) percentages are available within each game's information panel.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

ku990 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published with each individual promotion. General bonus principles that apply across all ku990 promotions are outlined below.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses issued by ku990 carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for completion will be stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

ku990 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse. Behaviour considered to constitute bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements, and using bonus funds in a way that is inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling. Where bonus abuse is identified, ku990 reserves the right to void the bonus, reclaim any bonus-derived winnings, and close the account.

6.3 Promotional Changes

ku990 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions may be offered exclusively to players in specific regions of Bangladesh, players using specific payment methods, or players who have met certain account activity thresholds. Eligibility for seasonal promotions — such as those tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket, or the ICC T20 World Cup — will be communicated at the time the promotion is launched.

7 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the ku990 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false identity information or impersonating any other individual during the registration or verification process.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the ku990 platform's software, odds engine, or security systems.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption relating to sporting events on which bets are placed through ku990.
• Using inside information — obtained through access to privileged knowledge about a sporting event's outcome — to gain an unfair advantage when placing bets.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker tournaments, or any other competitive format offered on the platform.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or similar tool to disguise your true location in a manner that bypasses geographic access restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ku990 staff or other players through any communication channel.

7.1 Responsible Use

ku990 encourages all players to gamble responsibly. You are responsible for monitoring your own gambling behaviour. If at any point you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your finances, relationships, or mental health, you should make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings — including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion — or contact the ku990 support team for guidance. 8 Account Suspension and Closure

ku990 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Terms and Conditions of the platform have been breached.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering purposes.
• The account belongs to a person under the age of 18.
• A self-exclusion request has been processed for the account holder.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Compliance with a regulatory obligation, legal order, or court directive requires the suspension or closure of the account.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your ku990 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving your closure request, ku990 will process any pending withdrawals of legitimate account balances to your registered payment method and then close the account. Please allow up to 5 business days for voluntary closure processing. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened upon written request, subject to identity re-verification.

8.2 Effect of Closure on Pending Bets

Where an account is suspended or closed while bets remain open and unsettled, ku990 will settle those bets according to the standard rules applicable to each product. If the account closure is the result of a Terms violation, unsettled bets may be voided and the associated stakes may not be returned. Legitimate account balances held at the time of a voluntary closure will always be returned to the player.
